Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
We will take patients who live in Kilmacolm and the surrounding area, upper Port Glasgow, Bridge-of-Weir and Houston.

To register with the Practice:
- Download an online registration form from the NHS inform website
- Visit reception when we are open and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS or CHI number.
